Healing Touch Therapy (HTT) we are a premium wellness spa business, newly incorporated in Nigeria with its head office in Lagos. Our company is improving the wellness of typical Lagosian through therapeutic massage that helps them relax and relieve stress.

We are run and operated by licenced and internationally trained therapists. Our therapists possess the skill sets to restore wellness and reset the body system for healthier living. We are currently running mobile appointment services, taking wellness to people’s doors’ steps at the comfort of their homes, clubs, and offices. However, we are now moving our services to peoples’ favourite relaxation spots at selected private and leisure beaches for that ultimate let-up.

As part of this new phase, we need self-starter Business Managers who will guide the business and ensure that the company achieves its aims and can function efficiently to make sales, provide high quality customer service, and increase profitability. There is a range of leadership and administrative duties to fulfil for the business to meet its goals. The role holder must be creative and enthusiastic about the business and willing to roll off sniffs and get the business running. The essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage business plans aimed at long-term business sustainability
• Sourcing new business opportunities by targeting new markets or new demographics
• Manage and provide leadership to the company employees and consultant
• Improving the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction provided by our therapist
• Negotiating contracts with partners, suppliers, and customers on behalf of the company
• Work with the board in preparing detailed budgets that improve the cost-efficiency of the business
• Short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates for vacant job positions within the company
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, economic policies and changing markets as related to the business
• Being held accountable for the successes and failures of the business
• Working with other company managers to create a long-term company strategy
• Competent in developing and posting social media promotional materials for the business

It is desirable that the role holder comes from a wellness business background. However, this is not mandatory as other business backgrounds will be considered, provided the candidate previously has a proven commercial experience from a similar role.
